Organized by LNCT World School in collaboration with J.K. Hospital & Young Indians (Yi)
LNCT World School took a thoughtful step toward promoting emotional well-being by conducting a comprehensive mental health session for its students, in collaboration with J.K. Hospital. The session was led by Dr. Pritesh Gautam (HOD, Psychiatry), who addressed important topics such as stress management, self-care, and identifying early signs of anxiety and depression.
Khushboo Tiwari Ma’am, School Counselor, emphasized that mental health is equally important as physical health, encouraging students to open up and support one another.
Additionally, Young Indians (Yi) and LNCT World School jointly organized a special workshop for students of Classes VII to X, aimed at raising awareness about mental health, encouraging positive thinking, and empowering students with effective emotional strategies.
The sessions were informative, engaging, and left a lasting impact—fostering a culture of openness, empathy, and mental strength.
