The Lnct World School is providing a completely facilitated bus services covering the entire city of Bhopal with different stops at regular and punctual time intervals for picking up students and teachers.
The School transportation is equipped with the following facilities lay down by CBSE norms and RTO department.
- School buses are spacious with a required capacity to accommodate students.
- Every bus has a teacher to ensure proper discipline & safety of students.
- School bus drivers are responsible to pick & drop the children to their respective stops within an hour of the school starting and getting over.
- For ensuring additional safety of our students, speed governor is installed in buses with speed limit set at 40kms/hr.
- The school is also in process of installing navigation system in the buses helping parents to know the exact location of the bus at any given time.

Transport Rules
1) All students using the school bus are expected to be at the bus stops at least five minutes before the arrival time of the bus. The bus will not wait for the latecomers.
2) Under no circumstances are students are allowed to go behind or under the buses parked in the school campus. Students are also not allowed to sit in parked buses during school hours.
3) The students should stay away from the main road until the bus arrives.
4) No student should come near the entry door of the bus unless it has halted completely.
5) All students must occupy the allotted seats immediately after boarding the bus.
6) The front door of the bus is the only authorised entrance and exit.
7) The drivers are authorised to stop buses at the designated stop only, unless otherwise directed by the bus teacher under instructions from the Transport Officer.
8) The list of stops is prepared keeping in mind the convenience and safety of all bus commuters and is subject to change, as and when there is a genuine need. Otherwise there will be no change in the existing bus route(s). If and when absolutely essential the school management reserves the right for such changes after careful scrutiny and feasibility.
9) When the bus is in motion, students must not move around in the bus and no part of their body should be outside the bus.
10. Objects of any kind must not be discarded inside or thrown out of the bus.
11. Students will be held responsible for any damage to a bus caused by negligence or vandalism and necessary monetary penalty will be imposed and borne by the student(s).
12. Students are not allowed to eat in the bus.
13. Unruly behaviour like shrieking, shouting and use of foul language is strictly prohibited. Courteous behaviour is expected at all times.
14. The driver’s attention must not be distracted for any reason. Under no circumstances should students should touch the instrument panel of the bus. 15. The bus teacher, and student bus monitors are responsible for maintaining discipline in the bus. Any serious offence must be reported to the Principal.
16. If a student indulges in indisciplinary action despite repeated warning from the bus incharge, he/she shall not be allowed to avail/continue the bus facility.
17. For availing / discontinuing the bus facility in the middle of the term, an advance application will have to be submitted addressed to the Principal.
18. Mid session change of Bus route will be permissible only if vacancy is available in a particular bus.
19. Students are allowed to use only their allotted bus and bus stop, there is no provision for temporary change in bus or bus stops.
20. Parents are not allowed to enter the bus under any circumstances.
School Transport
TRANSPORTATION SERVICE CHARGES
The school has taken a Fleet of Buses on Lease from a service provider, besides school owned buses for the Students and Staff of LWS, Bhopal to pick them up from the designated stop to school and from school to the designated drop point during departure.
1) The school transport facility is an optional service for students.
2) The student who joins the school in the month of March 2023, will have to pay Transport Service Charges for the month of March 2023 in addition to the yearly fees.
3) The Transportation Service Charges are payable on quarterly basis for 11 months. If a parent wishes to withdraw the Transport Service, he/she should submit a written application. The Transportation Service charges will be payable for the month for which the facility is used.
4) The alteration of existing bus route(s) as per the convenience of an individual or a group will not be entertained.
5) In case of change in residence, the child can be transferred to another bus depending upon the vacancy in the bus. Parents are expected not to compel Transport Department for any such adjustment in the new bus or alteration in the existing bus route(s).
GUIDELINES FOR PRIVATE CONVEYANCE USERS:
1) The parents are free to send their ward by private conveyance, though it is not a safe mode of transport.
2) Submission of drivers document in school is mandatory.
3) The guidelines for safety measures as issued by the Hon’ble Supreme Court are also applicable on private vehicles like van/cars etc. being operated by transport operators on hire to ferry school going children to and from school. 4) Parents to ensure the safety and security of their ward by abiding the following:
Drivers of private transport/ vehicles should not change frequently and should wear proper Identity cards or should always carry with them proper documents authorizing them to take the students. This is subject to random inspection followed by action as and when required.
• Ensure that the Private Vehicle operator follows the Supreme Court norms as they are not under the control of the school management.
• Ensure that the Private pooled van/cars are not overcrowded.
• Ensure against rash driving by the drivers ignoring all safety rules specially when they are late.
• Instruct the driver not to stop the van/cars on the way on demand of the children to purchase eatables.
• Private vehicle drivers should be instructed not to drop/pick up your ward from across the road.
